Welcome to Aurrae Coaching (“Aurrae,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.aurraecoaching.com (the “Site”) and our astrology/birth-chart readings, digital products, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ to book Services. If under 18, a parent/guardian must consent and, where appropriate, attend.

• You agree to provide accurate information (including birth date/time/place) and keep your contact details current.

• We may refuse or cancel a booking where permitted by law.

2. Nature of Services (Key Disclaimers)

• Astrology is interpretive and provided for insight/educational or entertainment purposes only.

• Our Services are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice and do not replace licensed professionals.

• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on any reading, report, or guidance.

If you are experiencing an emergency or mental-health crisis, call your local emergency number or seek immediate professional help.

3. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

• You agree to pay the published price for the Service at the time of booking. Prices may change without notice until purchase is complete.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.

• Taxes and applicable fees may be added.

• We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing or availability.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

• Rescheduling (client-initiated): You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment start time, subject to calendar availability.

• Cancellation ≥ 48 hours before: If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, you’ll receive a credit equal to the booking amount, valid for 6 months from your original appointment date.

• Cancellation 24–48 hours before: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable, but you will receive a credit valid for 6 months from your original appointment date.

• Cancellation < 24 hours / No-show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment—or failure to attend—are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

• Provider-initiated changes: If we must cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new time or request a full refund.

• Credit terms: Credits are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits expire 6 months from the original appointment date and must be applied to Services of equal or greater value (you pay any difference).

5. Preparation & Client Responsibilities

• Please ensure the accuracy of your birth details; inaccurate data may affect the reading.

• You control what you share. You may decline any question or end a session at any time.

• For virtual sessions, stable internet and working audio/video are your responsibility.

6. Recordings & Deliverables

• Recordings are optional and require your express consent (see consent form).

• If a recording or written report is included/purchased, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use any report, recording, or downloadable for your own use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell our materials.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Site, readings, reports, course materials, copy, images, logos, and all related content are owned by Aurrae Coaching or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

• Except for the limited personal license above, all rights are reserved.

• If you submit a testimonial or review, you grant us permission to use, edit for clarity/length, reproduce, and display it (name/initials only) for marketing, subject to any additional consent we request.

8. Confidentiality (No Privilege)

• We handle your information per our Privacy Policy.

• Sessions are not medical, legal, or counseling services; communications are not legally privileged.

• Do not share highly sensitive information beyond what is necessary for the session.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site/Services for unlawful purposes or to harass, abuse, defame, or infringe others’ rights.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with Site operations or security.

• Upload malicious code or circumvent access or payment controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third parties to host the Site, process payments, handle scheduling, analytics, and email. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

11. No Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant results, availability, or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurrae Coaching and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Service in the 3 months preceding the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aurrae Coaching harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site/Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
