Aurrae Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides astrology and birth-chart reading services via https://www.aurraecoaching.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We collect only what we need to deliver your reading, operate the Site, comply with law, and—with your permission—stay in touch.

  • Booking/payment info: service selection, billing details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

  • Testimonials (optional): content you submit for public display.

Collected automatically (via the Site):

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs.

  • Provide services: prepare your chart, conduct readings, deliver reports/recordings, manage appointments.

  • Legal & compliance: tax/audit, enforcing Terms, responding to lawful requests.

  • Client records (birth details, session notes, and related materials): retained for 3 years after your reading, then securely deleted or anonymized unless we must keep them longer for legal reasons.

  • Recordings (if you opt in): retained for up to 3 years or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner.

  • Transaction records: kept per tax and accounting rules (typically 7 years).

5. Cookies & Tracking

We (and our providers) use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Run core Site features (security, load balancing, session management).

  • Remember preferences (e.g., form inputs).

  • Measure traffic and performance (basic analytics).

Services are for adults (18+). If under 18, a parent/guardian must consent. If we learn we collected personal data from a child without proper consent, we will delete it.

11. Profiling & Automated Decisions

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Astrology readings involve human interpretation.

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where required, notified to you.
